1. You answer twelve short questions. Most are a tap
2. You get a fixed price with the page list attached, so it is tied to something
3. A one-page agreement, then half up front
4. A 35-minute call: how it should look, and setting up the accounts in your name
5. Draft, your feedback as one list, two rounds, then handover

Every project is quoted individually, because a one-page site and an eight-page one are not the same job. Two rounds of revisions are included. The balance is due when you approve, before it goes live. Timing runs from the day your content arrives rather than the day you sign, because content is the thing that slips.
